For over 15 years, I have been lucky to be living the life of a photographer. While my work has taken me across the United States and to fasinating places such as Cuba, any location is interesting to me when I have a camera in my hand.

I thrive on photographing people. I have met so many interesting personalities through my work: celebrity chefs, NBA stars, noted authors, Members of Congress, and many children. After so many years in the business, my client list is long. Alfred A. Knopf publishing, Microsoft, and The Washington Post are just a few examples. I did the cookbook, HOME FOOD, 44 Great American Chefs Cook on Their Night Off (Clarkson Potter Publishers), and I have another book on modern motherhood on the way. My images have also been published in many national magazines.

As photography evolves towards digital multi-media, so do I. I am studying digital media at the Corcoran School of Art. This academic program is a nice compliment to my BA from Pitzer College, of Claremont, Califonia.

My husband and I live just outside Washington, DC with our young son, and our free-ranging lab, Choco.
